Krav Maga Training Course in Brescia
Object of our course is the teaching of Krav Maga as a self defense technique, and is aimed at both civilian operators and security and law enforcement.
The course is suitable for all, with no restrictions in terms of age or sex, and does not require any previous experience in martial arts or combat sports. Our lessons usually starts with a common first stage of heating and workout aimed at maintaining good physical ability, which is followed by a second phase of explanation and practice of the techniques and psychological aspects of self-defense, in which the class is generally divided into groups according to the level of experience, followed by several instructors.
The course enrollment is therefore continuous: new members may begin at any time and will be placed in the group for their most appropriate pair. Periodically organized events such as stages and seminars are organized at our headquarters in Brescia or at other locations in Italy and abroad; please refer to the Events section on this site for more informations.

WARNING: The ultimate goal of our association is to teach Krav Maga to anyone who is willing to train: men, women, young and old, civilian, military and sports enthusiasts. We are not a paramilitary association and we do not want to train “fanatic” or criminals who could use the techniques we teach in order to do harm or commit crimes. Therefore, admission to our courses will be confirmed after an interview with one of our representatives. We do not accept individuals with criminal records or who are currently being prosecuted for violent crimes.
